Shipping, Returns, and Taxes

Standard U.S. Shipping

Our standard shipping method within the U.S. and Puerto Rico is USPS Priority or First Class mail from Hudson, Florida, on the central west coast.

Standard shipping is a flat $7 per order for tie down parts.

Expedited U.S. Shipping

We offer overnight and second-day shipping via UPS within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Overnight orders arrive by 4:30 p.m. the next business day. Second-day orders arrive by the end of the second business day.

Overnight shipping anywhere in the 48 contiguous states is $41 per order. Second-day shipping anywhere in the 48 contiguous states is $26 per order.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select countries via USPS Priority International. If you’d like us to ship to a country not listed here, please contact us. We do not charge handling fees. These are the fees set by the U.S. Post Office.

  • Canada: $30.90 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Bahamas: $44.70 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Bermuda: $44.70 for up to 4 lbs.

  • United Kingdom: $47.05 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Norway: $46.25 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Finland: $46.25 for up to 4 lbs.

  • France: $47.05 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Spain: $47.05 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Australia: $47.20 for up to 4 lbs.

  • New Zealand: $47.20 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Philippines: $44.80 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Greece: $44.70 for up to 4 lbs.

  • Bahrain: $44.70 for up to 4 lbs.

Shipping Times

We typically ship standard orders within one business day. Most domestic orders arrive within one to three business days. If you need your order faster, please contact us about options.

We make every effort to ship overnight and next-day orders the day they are received. In some cases, though, they may ship the next business day.

International orders typically arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

Taxes and Payment

For orders shipped to Florida addresses, we are required to add 7% sales tax.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, which can be selected during the checkout process.

Guarantee

We guarantee our stainless products for life. If you experience a failure due to a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us, and we will happily replace it at no cost.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive the wrong part(s) or a defective part, please contact us immediately for a refund or replacement. Returns will not be accepted past 30 days from purchase.

Note that we do not accept returns for fitment problems. You are responsible for selecting the correct part for your application. Returns will be accepted only if we ship a defective part or a part different from what you ordered."
